Circa 1915 6" R&M List No. 2800. Highly desirable due to its small scale sporting brass blades and guard. Just acquired this little gem from a small northern collection. This example is in great condition and runs as wonderfully as it looks. Finish is all original showing some minor chips and portions of the original pinstripes have faded. Noted above the switch are the settings for use on Alternating Current or Direct Current. All brass components are original to the fan and display a nice subtle patina. There are no breaks or repairs to any part of this fan. One blade wing displays a slight wrinkle around the rivet as shown in the photos. Power cord and head wire have been replaced with period correct cloth covered 2 conductor twisted cord. Motor brushes are fresh and ready for many hours of use. We removed the oilers and cleaned then installed new wick and fresh oil. Fan runs exceptional!!
