Returns Policy
Due to the nature of antique fans and antique items, we do not accept returns simply because a buyer changes their mind or no longer wants the item.
Parts:
We do our best to accurately describe our parts and the models they fit. If for any reason the part you receive is not correct for the model noted, please contact us within one business day of receipt at antiquefanparts2@gmail.com with your order number and details regarding the issue. We will respond promptly with return instructions if a return is approved.
Fans & Other Items:
If an item was misrepresented or is not functioning as described in the listing, please contact us within one business day of receipt at antiquefanparts2@gmail.com with your order number and details regarding the issue. Please do not attempt repairs or modifications without contacting us first. We will work with you to troubleshoot the issue and, if necessary, arrange for the item to be repaired or returned.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Approved non-defective returns, if accepted, will be issued as store credit unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unless the item was misrepresented, not functioning correctly or we sent the incorrect item or part, the buyer is responsible for all outbound and return shipping costs. If we incorrectly guided you to the wrong part, you will be eligible for a full refund; however, shipping charges may still apply in certain situations.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Most orders ship out the following day after your order is placed but sometimes with schedules your item might be not shipped out until the second business day.
