Professionally Restored Circa 1919 8" GE Badged Delco Light 32v DC Oscillating Desk Fan

From the Prairie House Collection, assembled by a dedicated fan enthusiast and collector, comes this Professionally Restored Circa 1919 8" GE / Delco Light Plant 32v DC Oscillating Desk Fan.  Marked for the Delco Light Plant.  The Delco Light Plants were early 20th-century home and farm electricity generation systems that provided 32-volt direct current (DC) power before rural electrification.  This example has been beautifully restored in a rich black enamel and highlighted with very fine red pinstripes.  Brass has been highly polished and lacquered for years of bright shine.  The restorer added a built-in converter for conversion of supplied 110 V AC to 32 V DC to operate the fan as designed.  A beautiful example making the perfect addition to your fan collection of complete your Delco Light Plant with an amazing fan example.
