Rare Early All Original 16" Robbins & Myers Feather Vane Oscillating Desk Fan. This Early "Flat" Base Feather Vane Oscillator still retains an amazing original finish with original pinstripes still very visible and present. We cleaned and waxed the irons and they display a stunning deep black original finish. The motor has been serviced and the feather mechanism has been adjusted for smooth operation. The power cord has been upgraded with our superior USA produced OTR+W wire. The brass retains a beautiful golden patina that has been laquered!! Guard still retains its original brass flag which has survived nicely. Examples likes this rarely can be available as they become longtime holdings as upgrading an example such as this is virtually impossible. The feather appears to be a replacement but is spot on for an original look and material. This is a rare opportunity to own a gorgeous example like this.
