1908 12" Westinghouse "Tank" Motor Desk Fan Original Condition Stencil Badge 6 Wing
Beautiful original condition Circa 1908 12" Westinghouse “Tank” Motor Desk Fan featuring the highly desirable stencil badge and 6 wing blade. The original deep black japanned finish has been very well preserved over the last 110+ years and still displays a rich, mirror-like sheen with very minimal paint missing around the base and some cool crazing on the motor. The cage and brass blade have been polished and display a beautiful finish which perfectly complements the finish. The fan has been fully waxed, cleaned, serviced. The fan runs on its intended two speeds. This is a gorgeous original example of Westinghouse’s most iconic antique desk fans and is perfect for daily use or display.
