Vintage 12" Marelli Partners Oscillating Brass Blade Desk Fan. This Fan Was Created By A Machinist / Fan Collector Named Loc In The Mid 1990's In Vietnam. Loc Used Original Marelli Parts Combined With New Components To Make His Creations. This Model Originated As A Single "Headed" Oscillating Desk Fan. Mr. Loc Added An Extended Shaft To The Rotor And Other Components To Create An Oscillating Partners Fan. Fan Runs On 3 Distinct Speeds. As With Any Of Mr. Loc's Creations, The Oscillating Is Not The Smoothest But It Does Work. Very Interesting Piece Of Fan Collecting / Creation History.
