Designed For The Purpose Of Motorizing Devices That Had Previously Operated. By A Hand Crank Or Foot Treadle, C&C Devised A Blade Attachment. With Your Utility Motor Clamped To A Stationary Surface A Fan Blade Could Be Attached For Air Movement. Very Rare Piece OF Early Electric Motor History.
