Very Rare 12" DC Sprague Lundell Ball Motor Fan.  This fan features the Lundell Cast Iron Ball Motor that dates back to the mid 1890's.  This fan features all original paint and pinstripes.  I spent one entire week cleaning and waxing this fan with Qtips, I would say the outcome was well worth the time.  The brush caps are not original and newly made caps exact to original are included with purchase but were not available at time photos were taken.  The brass had been polished at some point in the past and when I found the fan it was lacquered and I removed it to let the brass patina.  When found, the original switch was missing.  There are several switch variations for this fan and my good fortune had it that a fellow collector with tons of talent had an example in his hands that he was able to make me a new switch to exact specifications.  This is a quality investment fan that does not become available on the open market anymore.
