From the "Museum Collection of Steve Cunningham", we are pleased to offer this rare 1900 12" General Electric Pancake Trunnion Motor Wall-Mounted Convertible Fan. This pancake fan can be mounted on the wall or converted to a desk fan. According to the collector, this is one of only two known wall-mountable convertible desk fans.  It has been previously restored and displays beautifully. The iron is finished in rich black enamel and the blade and cage have been polished and lacquered. The headwire and power cord may be original. One strut is broken on the bottom, but it does not impact the operation.  The fan operates on five speeds and could benefit from a service, as it has been on display in the AFCA museum for the past 20 years.
