Circa 1958 Emerson type 77648-CE 16" oscillating desk fan. The 77 series Emerson fans are known for their high quality, dependability, and are perfect for operating daily. This example of a 77648 retains its original finish and its original head wire and power cord. The original finish is a beautiful bronze-silver with a very light purple hue. The fan has been thoroughly cleaned and waxed and displays beautifully with minimal signs of use. The badge has a small area that has been rubbed off as seen in the photos. The fan has been fully serviced and operates on 3 distinct speeds and oscillates very good -with a very minor hesitation in the left to right oscillation sweep.
