1929 Emerson Type 29666 6 Blade Fan. This highly desireable great daily running fan has just undergone a complete cleaning and servicing here at Antique Fan Supply Company. It has been completely disassembled and cleaned, new head wire and power cord and fresh oil and grease in the gear box. The fan still retains its beautiful original finish and the jappaning looks incredible. There are a few areas of missing paint on the base as displayed in the photos - but it adds to the history of the fan. The blade was originally painted brass and the trailing edges of the blades had too much oxidation to save. We repainted these blades to give them a fresh look more consistent with the original black finish. Runs and oscillates on three distinct speeds as intended. It's a perfect example to run at night for white noise or for daily use to move air across a room.
