Circa 1930 12" Emerson Direct Current Oscillating Desk Fan. An absolutely sweet fan and rare!! Ideal for a fan collector or someone seeking a highly efficient daily runner. We installed a bridge rectifier in the base of this example, allowing it to be plugged directly into standard household outlet. Fan features an amazing original finish which we cleaned and waxed to reveal this incredible shine. Blades feature the original brass painted finish. We upgraded all wiring to our premium OTR+W cloth covered cord. Gearbox was disassembled and all old grease removed and replaced with fresh clean grease. New carbon brushes were also installed for years of use. New felt was added to the base for protection of your furnitures surface. Fan runs and oscillates incredibly smooth on 3 distinct speeds. An absolutely amazing fan!!!
