Circa 1919 16" "2 Star" GE Oscillating Fan. Very Rare To Find This Model In A Direct Current Version! This Example Appears To Have Undergone A Cosmetic Restoration At Some Point. Head Wire Is A Very Heavy Duty Rubber Electric Cord, Power Cord Is Twisted Cloth Covered Redish Brown And Appears To Be A More Modern Update. The Direct Current Motor Is Tagged For 110v DC But We Have Found It Operates Best Around 75v DC. Large 16" Brass Blade Moves A Lot Of Air And Still Retains 100+ Years Of Patina. Brass Guard Has Rich Original Patina With No Breaks Or Repairs. Fan Runs And Oscillates On 3 Distinct Speeds.
