Circa 1917 16" Westinghouse 6 Brass Blade Cage Residential Oscillating Fan. We Do Not Find Examples Of This Fan In Such Nice Original Condition. This Fan Is As Found With The Added Value Of A Good Cleaning Inside And Out. The Body Of The Fan Was Cleaned And Waxed. Blade And Guard Were Cleaned Of Surface Dirt, All Original Patina Was Left Intact. Gearbox Has Been Disassembled And Fresh Grease Added For Years Of Service. The Original Head Wire Is Still Intact And In Amazing Condition. We Added A New Power Cord As The Original One Was Not In Usable Condition. Fan Runs On All Positions Of The Switch, Appearing To Be 2 Distinct Speeds. A Vert Powerful Fan That Moves Substantial Air.
