Circa 1916 12" 2 star oscillator. GE's 7th generation oscillator design known in the collector community as a "2 Star". This particular "2 star" example displays an older restoration executed in a rich dark green finish very reminiscent of the original color offering. All components appear original to the fan. Brass blade and guard retain a nice patina which has developed over the last 100 plus years. Operating on three speeds, this example oscillates slowly and runs loudly. Complete disassembling and servicing could resolve any of the issues noted.
