Circa 1908 Emerson Type 2010 12" 6 Blade, Big Motor, Ornate Base Desk Fan. We Recently Acquired This Restored Example Direct From A Long Time Collector. He Had This Fan Restored Several Years Ago and Has Been Prominently Displayed Ever Since.  The motor is rated at 104 volts and this motor seems sensitive to the voltage.  We tested it at outlet voltage, it makes the motor growl on high.  This fan runs best at 100-104 volts.  On high it still makes a slight growl as heard in the Product Video below.  If you are looking for an example of this 2010 to complete or start your 6 blade big motor Emerson collection this is a wonderful example.  If you are looking for a daily runner, this might not be the best option.
