Stunning Circa 1906 Emerson Trojan Type No. 5410. Fresh To The Market From A New England Area Collection. This Fan Was Acquired By The Collector 30 Years Ago Where It Was Found Sitting On The Shelf Of A Junk Shop In Nyack, New York. He Recalled The Original Finish "Wasn't So Good" The Cast Iron Components Were Painted By A Local Professional Automotive Restorer. The Automotive Finish Applied On The Cast Iron Looks Like It Was Done Yesterday (Not 30 Years Ago). He Also Recalled That "It Would Not Run" And Sent The Motor To The Iconic Sydney Lamb Of Plano, Texas. Brass Components Were Cleaned And Polished And Left To Age Naturally. Visible From The Outer Surface Only Is A Hairline Crack Above The Power Wire Entrance To The Motor. Inside The Rear Cover, This Hairline Crack Appears To Be Repaired/ Supported. Fan Runs Perfectly On 2 Speeds As Designed. Stunning Example!!
