Circa 1904 12" Trunnion Mount GE Pancake Desk Fan Original

From the Prairie House Collection, assembled by a dedicated fan enthusiast and collector, comes this, Circa 1904 12" Trunnion Mount GE Pancake Desk Fan. Early GE Pancakes continue to be among the most sought-after antique fan designs and this example features the very desirable half-ribbed base, beautiful brass blade and cage, and retains its original finish.  The head wire has been replaced and is in good condition, although it is a bit dirty. The power cord is also in good condition. The fan operates quietly on all five intended speeds at 110V AC with only a very slight vibration. Amp draw readings are 1.04, .87, .81, .78, and .76 across the five speed settings. The fan is missing the rear motor terminals, bottom cover, and power cord grommet. Great opportunity to get this desirable Pancake.
