Presenting from the collection of a longtime fan enthusiast: rare Circa 1898 original 16" Western Electric Bipolar Fan. I'm usually partial to 12" fans but this Western Electric Bipolar in 16" form is absolutely beautiful. This fan remains in its original, untouched state, just as it was from day one - nothing has been polished or replaced except for the blade which was replaced. The switch body is original; however, the nichrome tower has been rewound. The fan operates on three distinct speeds. Fan displays signs of bearing wear.
