Circa 1895 Western Electric Quarter HP Dynamo. We Acquired This As Part Of A Large Motor Collection. Someone In Recent Past Has Done An Incredible Restoration On This Rare Dynamo. The Cast Iron Frame Has A Deep Rich Black Automotive Finish. All Brass And Copper Components Have Been Cleaned And Polished To A Beautiful Shine. The Cast Brass Motor Tag Has Been Professionally Restored As Well. All Wiring Has Been Updated Using Period Correct Cloth Covered Wire. Armature Appears To Have Been Freshly Reinsulated. Amazing Piece Of Electric Motor History.
