This fan came from the collection of the late Stan Good who lived in Sarasota Florida.  Stan collected fans for over 40 years and acquired some very unusual and rare examples.  This Airplane fan is badged Hubell Fan Co Series C Miracle of Westherford Texas.  This fan has been hanging in my shop since it was acquired as part of Stan's Collection roughly 7 years ago.  My intention was to keep this fan and restore it but with no good place to install when finished, I decided to let someone else enjoy it.  All original components (including the deco ceiling canopy) appear to be present and in good condition.  Fan runs super strong!!!  This fan was designed for air movement in a large "warehouse" type space.  The body and cage may have been updated with fresh coat of painted at some point in the past but the finish has aged as if it were original.  There is a hole in the bottom of the body, this may been an opening for a hanging switch when new.  It is currently wired to be controlled by a wall switch.  Don't miss your opportunity at this rare and complete Airplane Fan.
