This Wonderful Ceiling Fan was Manufactured by General Electric and was Sold to FWEW (Fort Wayne Electrical Works). Fort Wayne Badged the Motor With Their Own Tag Which Makes This a VERY RARE Example. This Fan Came From the Estate of Monty Young.  Monty Young was an Early Member of the Antique Fan Collectors Association and Even Has a Yearly Award Presented in His Honor. Monty was a Major Contributor to the Beginning of the AFCA.

During Monty's Life Long Affair of Fans, His Restorations Became the Highest Benchmark for Other Restorers.

It is a Rare Opportunity to Obtain One of His Restorations Direct From His Personal Collection. Monty Had All the Copper Plating Restored to New Condition. The Main Motor body was Painted With a Nice Black Enamel Finish and Then Pin Striped. The Fan Still Retains its Original 3 Speed Switch. The Blades Appear to Have Been Refinished With the Restoration. A Rare Opportunity to Own a Piece of History.
