Beautiful and Professionally Restored 12" Specialty Mfg. Co. "Junior" Water Fan.  This exact fan has been featured twice on the cover the "The Fan Collector Magazine" (April 2004 & October 2014).  Featuring highly polished brass blades, thin "bicycle spoke" style guard, four leg base, and ornate motor cover, this was modern in alternative power sources for fan operation in the late 1890's.  Lovingly restored using a rich black automotive enamel, the fan looks spectacular and has been meticulously preserved since its restoration.  Front bearing feels very nice and possibly replaced at time of restoration.  An absolute perfect example of a rare and highly collectible historical artifact.
