Rare 1906 Ornate/ Tab Based 12" Diehl 110 DC Desk Fan. There Are So Many Wonderful Design Details on This Fan, What's Not to Love. This Example has Amazing Original Finish and Still Retains Much of its Original Pinstripes. The Blades Appear to Have Maybe Been "Rewinged" at Some Point as the Brass is a Little Smoother and Doesn't Have Much Patina. The Struts Also Appear to Possibly be Newer Production. The Fan Runs Excellent on 3 Distinct Speeds. As with Any Brush Motor DC Fan it has That Great "Brush Motor" Sound. The Carbon Brushes Appear to be New so We Have Been Running it for Long Periods of Time for Them to Seat in. One of the "Tabs" on the Porcelain Switch has Been Repaired (as Shown in the Photos). A Must Have for Any Serious Collector.
