Rare 12" Robbins & Myers Feather vane oscillator, all original example.  It is always a pleasure to have the opportunity to offer such an excellent example of a highly desirable fan.  This is one of the absolute greatest wind powered oscillators ever designed.  Feather vane oscillators have become very highly desirable and rarely come up for sale.  I acquired this fan during Fan Fair in San Antonio from a fellow fan collector in trade for a very rare fan they desired.  Since acquiring, the fan has resided in my personal collection and is now the time for it to find a new curator.  Finish is all original with no touch up to any part of it.  Brass appears to have been cleaned at some point in the past and looks like it has been clear coated.  All components of the fan are original to this example, except I cannot guarantee the feather material to be original.  Fan runs and oscillates perfectly.  Rare opportunity to own a beautiful example of highly desirable oscillating fan.
