Absolutely Extraordinary Example!!  This example was in such amazing condition, I chose to leave it in its absolute purist form.  Every part of this example has been left original.  The power cord and head wire are original including the Benjamin Screw plug.  The adjustable collar and ball detent oscillator wheel have an amazing original blued/blackened finish and match perfectly.  I have never seen any emerson model of this age with such amazing original components in this condition.  The often heavily scratched or stained gearbox looks almost new with very minimal small nicks in the original finish.  Base still retains all 4 of the original feet.  Embossed speed settings still retain some original gold paint as seen in the photos.  Brass components are exceptional with perfect patina and no breaks or repairs.  One wing of the blade displays the "customary Antique dealer brass test" and has been lighlty rubbed with steel wool (they have to make sure its Really brass).  Runs and oscillates on 3 distinct speeds as wonderfully as it looks.  Top shelf example for any fan collection!!  This is an example that will never be upscaled in a fan collection, its condition is over the top!
