Professionally Restored 1910 12" Emerson Type 12666 Desk Fan. This beautifully restored 12666 features a rich black enamel finish with gold lettering paired with highly polished, lacquered brass components that give it a stunning appearance. The black finish is so perfectly applied it is glass like and appears as if it is still wet. It is absolutely gorgeous and runs and oscillates well. Early Emerson lever designs had many pivot points that naturally wear over time, which can result in a slight hesitation in the oscillation sweep. This is faintly present on this example and simply reflects the charm and history of a fan that has been operating for over 115 years. This example contains all its original lever components. This is a highly desirable early Emerson model and a beautiful example to add to any collection or decor.
