Professionally Restored 16" 6 Blade Westinghouse Oscillating Desk Fan. This beautifully restored Westinghouse was done by master restorer Carlton Ward. Carlton's work has been a key feature of the "Raffle Fan" for the Antique Fan Collectors Association for many years. Because of his amazing work, these raffle fans are highly sought after. Carlton does not do restorations as a business so having the opportunity to own one of his works is rare.
