Original 8" (blades measure 7.5" in diameter) Brass Fidelity Desk Fan.  This is a really neat and hard to find Fidelity Fan.  Fan is complete and appears to have been painted sometime in the past.  Two of the nuts holding the guard on are not original.  Switch is present and one small corner has a chip out of it but it operates perfectly.
