Original Circa 1926 to 1936 10" Emerson Jr. Oscillating Desk Fan.  Emerson Jr.’s are highly desirable for their size, quality, reliability, and versatility—they can even be wall-mounted using the three holes on the base.  This 10" Emerson Jr. is in original condition.  The finish still looks great.  It appears that the gear box has been painted at some point.  The steel Parker blades have been refreshed to reflect Emerson's original brass blade color and there is some roughness on one of the wings.  The fan has been cleaned, and both a new power cord and head wire have been installed. it runs and oscillates smoothly on its single speed as designed. This is a great Emerson Jr. for daily use, whether on a table or desk, or mounted on the wall.
