Circa 1934 General Electric "Quiet Blade" Oscillating Desk Fan. With a move towards a more modern Art Deco style of the 1930's, GE kept their proven oscillator Design and paired it with a beautiful aluminum "quiet" overlapping blade. This is an all-original example showing some signs of wear over the past 90 plus years. Fan has been fully serviced; gearbox was completely disassembled and all old grease removed replaced with fresh clean grease. Oil cups were cleaned of all old oil and wicking material and replaced with new wick and fresh clean oil. We also replaced the head wire and power with our superior OTR+W cloth covered cord. Very smooth and quiet this example runs and oscillates on 3 distinct speeds. Perfect as a daily use fan and you will get as much enjoyment watching it as you will from the breeze it creates.
