Designed by joseph gosling this beauty characterizes the time period for which it was designed.  Designed and manufactured by General Electric this 10” example features a rare bronze finish.  Bronze examples of this model are not known for surviving the past 90 years in such wonderful condition.  Fan operates perfectly as designed on a single speed which is controlled by the original toggle switch located at the front of the base.  Original bronze GE logo cap on the rear of the motor is in excellent condition.   Original paper label is still present on the bottom of the base and in perfect condition.   Fan has been cleaned and serviced for years of continued enjoyment. Since photographing, we changed the power cord to period correct bronze cloth covered cord to match the head wire.  Excellent example of a very uncommon model.    Please note: as displayed in photo one of the wings very lightly displays a name inscribed on it.  It is difficult to see in regular lighting but in direct light it is faintly noticeable.
