Circa 1930 12" GE Zinc Trumpet Crank Oscillating Desk Fan. This Fan Has The "Iconic" 20's-30's Desk Fan Appeal. Executed By A Company When At The Time Of Construction Was Know For Producing Quality. 90 Years Later, This Fan Is Still In Operation Like It Did The Day It Was Produced. The Finish Is A GE Staple For Fans Of The Period Dark Green. We Have Completely Serviced This Fan For Use. The Grearbox Has Been Disassembled, All Gears Cleaned And Fresh Grease Added. The Oilers Have Been Thoroughly Cleaned And New Wicks With Fresh Oil Installed. We Also Installed A New Headwire And Power Cord For Safe Operation. We Would Recommend This Fan As A Daily Runner. There Is One Part That Appears Non Original, The Bolt On The Neck That Provides Tension For Tilting. We Feel This Is Part Of The Fans History And Choose To Leave It Intact. As Shown, There Is A Slight Hairline Crack On One Of The Cage Wires. The Wire Is Still Tight And Intact, The Crack Isn't Visible Unless You're Looking For It.
