Circa 1920 12" General Electric GE Brass Bell Oscillating Desk Fan 32V DC Model. Beautifully Restored In A Rich Dark Green In Keeping With The Original Color.  This Is A Rare 32v DC Example. 32v DC Was Used On Transportation Pullman Train Cars Of The Period And Was Also Used In Rural Communities Where Batteries Were Charged By Windmill Generators.  All Brass Components Have Been Polished To Mirror Like Shine And Lacquered To Preserve.  Features A Steel Wrapped Painted Guard With Iconic GE Logo.  Internally The Fan Has Been Serviced For Years Of Continued Use.  Wiring Has Been Upgraded Using Our OTR+W Cloth Covered Cord.  Fan Runs Perfectly On 3 Distinct Speeds, Low Is Very Soft And Smooth!  This Fan Comes With A Bridge Rectifier Installed In The Base For Conversion Of Supplied AC Current To DC For The Motors Operation.  A Variac Will Be Required To Adjust Input Voltage To 32 For Correct Operation.
