Restored 1919 16" Brass Cage Brass Blade 6 wing GE 2 star oscillator.  What a wind maker!!  This is the oscillator design that really put GE on the map and was the work horse of the GE line for so many years.  These fans today are still sought after for their bulletproof design and reliability.  This is a gorgeous, restored example of the 2 star oscillator design.  The guard and blade are made of solid brass and display the classic shine. The body of the fan is restored in a rich green finish that is a replica of its original color tone.  The large 16" 6 wing blade moves a great deal of air while oscillating smoothly and effortlessly, on all three distinct speeds.    We have fully serviced the fan. The gearbox has been disassembled and all old grease removed, fresh grease added for years of use. The oiler has been cleaned of all old oil/grease and has a fresh wick and new oil. The head wire and power cord have been upgraded.  The front and rear bearing have been replaced.    If you are in the market for a daily use fan that is reliable with great character this is an excellent choice.
