Circa 1918 French Genteur Ceiling Fan. Acquired as part of a lifelong collection of ceiling fans, this was one of the most unique small scale ceiling fans. The collector had acquired this example roughly 20 years ago and still displayed in as found condition. Loving its original color and age characteristics we chose to leave as found yet servicing internally. New bronze bushings have been installed making the fan operate effortlessly. Grease cups were cleaned of all old grease and fresh lubrication installed. Wood blades appear to have been refinished at some point in its past. Very unique fan ideal for a small space with 8 foot ceilings.
