Circa 1918 8" Menominee Stationary Desk Fan. Often Referred To By Collectors As A "Clam Shell", Menominee Designed The Solid Cast Iron Frame To Easily Assemble Using Two Pieces Of Similar Design Housing. For Its Scale, This Is An "Over Engineered" Fan! Solid Cast Iron Body And Steel Wrapped Guard Make This Model Almost Bullet Proof. Looking Closely, I Believe The Body Of This Example Retains Its Original Finish and Guard Has Been Refreshed Some Years Ago. Fan Runs Perfectly.
