Presenting from the GE What A Collection: Circa 1905 16" Trunnion Mount GE Pancake has been painted and displays the classic polished and lacquered blades and cage. Fan starts on low (should start on high).  Doesn't start on its own.  Runs on all five speeds but runs slowly.  The switch knob is not original and there are some signs of past cage repairs.
