Circa 1901 12" Trunnion Mounted GE Pancake Desk Fan. Acquired from a lifetime fan collection/collector who due to failing health liquidated their collection a few years ago. This fan was acquired over their collecting career and placed on an end table in their living room where it was prominently on displayed. They were unsure who executed the restoration but noted the largest majority had been acquired directly from collectors at fan meets. We preformed a careful cleaning and servicing of the motor for best performance. Power is supplied to the motor by our superior OTR+W wire. Oiler has been serviced as well with fresh wick and new oil. New rubber feet have been installed in the base. This fan runs without issue on two distinct speeds at 110 v AC, switch knob shown in the photos is not correct GE production, a correct knob will be included with purchase. Correct cast hub blade runs very smooth and bearing appears in excellent condition.
