Circa 1895 Siemens style unipole gramme dyno. This super cool motor runs and features the use of a single magnetic pole in the generator which was intended to simplify the construction of the generator and improve its efficiency, a gramme ring armature intended for its high efficiency and low resistance, and direct current output to power electrical systems and machinery.
