This 12" Colonial Front Oscillator Fan has been Beautifully Restored by Carlton Ward for a Personal Friend and Private Collector several years ago.  Carlton is a long time fan restorer and does not do restorations as a business.  This is a rare opportunity to get a Carlton Ward restoration on a very desirable Colonial Front Oscillator.  Colonial built this fan to withstand most anything, it is a bullet proof design.  The heavy cast front gearbox has made this fan very desirable among collectors.  The fan along with the showroom finish paint job features hand painted pinstripes done by an expert automotive pinstriper.  All the brass has been polished and lacquered for years of untarnished shine.  This fan operates on 3  speed contacts with not much of a major difference between high to low.  On high there is some cage vibration, I feel this is due to the proximity of the blade to the guard and the amount of air being moved.  Just and excellent example of a very desirable front Oscillator.
