Beautiful 14" 1940's Air Castle Mesh Chrome Cage Desk Fan

Beautiful 1940's 14" Chrome Air Castle Desk Fan Fully Restored.  This fan features a great modern design with its incredible cast aluminum blade, beautifully detailed wire and mesh chrome plated cage with an accenting red tag, and a streamlined bullet style rear motor cover.  The fan operates with a one speed switch and runs smoothly.  The chrome components display beautifully and the base has a awesome black textured finish. This fan is equipped with a shaded pole motor which is known within the antique fan community to run warmly by design and is within normal operating specification. The Air Castle Brand is a bit mysterious as not much detail is known about the brand (check out our Blog on Air Castle history) but it is a must have to add a bit of deco feel to a collection or pairs perfectly as a piece of artful decor in a modern or traditional home.
