All Original Emerson Trojan 5110 Pancake 12" Desk Fan.  This fan was purchased as part of a life long pickers fan collection.  He was a picker in Wisconsin in the 70's and 80's when you could still find the really good ones out there.  Because of his location (very short mild summers), most of the fans were still in amazing condition like this 5110.  There is just nothing that can compare to the design of the Emerson Trojan Pancake models.  The large pancake motors paired with the windmill style blades and cast iron ornate base is the perfect combination.  This example has the best of them all with the beautiful original finish and all original patina components.  The head wire and power cord were deteriorated when found and was replaced for safety.  Just an excellent example of a Trojan Pancake.
