Circa 1930's Professionally Restored Nickel Plated 12" Verity Orbital Oscillating Desk Fan. Professionally Restored examples of this fan rarely come to market and this one is exceptionally special with the nickel-plated blade, guard, and accessories. We are pleased to offer such a stunning and fully operational example of this highly desirable fan. Desired for its unique "Orbital" oscillating movement, most examples have not survived the past 100 years and suffer from mechanical inconsistencies. This fan was completely disassembled and any worn parts replaced at the time of restoration making it one of the smoothest operating examples of its kind. Nickel plated components display an eye-popping shine! This is an even rarer model as it operates on 110V AC (possibly built and sold for the US market). Fan operates perfectly smoothly on both Fast and Slow as a testimony to its mechanical correctness. Having been around this hobby for quite a number of years, the resources that once completed restorations such as this are almost extinct and the cost of doing so has significantly. This is a premium example!
