Circa 1920's Professionally Restored 12" Verity Orbital Oscillating Desk Fan. Fresh from a private collection we are pleased to offer such a wonderful and complete version of this highly desirable fan. Known for its unique "Orbital" Oscillating movement most examples have not survived the past 100 years and suffer from mechanical inconsistencies. This fan was completely disassembled and any worn parts replaced making it one of the smoothest operating examples of its kind. All brass has been polished and lacquered to retain its vibrant eye-popping shine. Designed for operation using a supplied voltage of 230-250V, when supplied with 120V with a slight assist, the fan ran perfectly smooth and slow as a testimony to its mechanical correctness. When supplied with its intended voltage the fan operates perfectly on both High and Low (see video below). An absolutely premium example, this fan will make an ideal example within your collection.
