1930's? Heavy Steel Body Airplane Fan with Fan-O-Plane style wings. This example is unmarked but has the scale of a Fan-O-Plane (possibly early Fan-O-Plane design?). This example has been restored in a muted yellow and rich black finish. The cast aluminum wings appear to be the design used on Fan-O-Planes. Aluminum propellar is in the manner of the Chicago Aero Fan. This doesnt appear to be a "home made" fan, my guess would be a smaller electric motor company who sourced pieces already in production and created their own design. The top tail fin has an applied decal of a seagull "Gull". Very high quality fan!!!
