Circa 1918 Emerson Type 24666 12" Oscillating Desk Fan. Emerson's 24 Series Of Desk Fan Has Become Known For Its Transition Period For Design. This Example Features The Desirable Cast Hub Blade And Brass Guard. The 24 Series Also Featured A Smaller Diameter Base, Desirable Among Collectors. Motor Is Oversized For The Smaller Base But Necessary To Power The Cast Hub 6 Wing Blade. The Finish On This Example Has Been Recently Updated Using A Strong And Durable Modern Baked Finish. This Finish Allows For The Character Of Iron Components To Be Displayed. Headwire And Power Wire Have Both Been Upgraded Using Our OTR+W Cloth Covered Cord. Brass Components Have Been Cleaned And Left Natural To Reveal The Character Produced From 100 Plus Years Of Use.
