Original 1900 12" Yoke Mounted Pancake Desk Fan.  Always pleased to be able to offer early ge pancake desk fans.  These fans have become very desirable and it has become difficult for us to find them in original condition with all original parts like this fan.  The original paint on this fan is really in great condition for being 118 years old.  The brass is has wonderful original patina.  Only minor issue we were able to find is the coupling at the bottom of the guard has become separated and will need to be soldered back together.  This is a 2 speed fan and does operate correctly on both speeds.  GE Pancake fans are wonderful examples of early electric fan technology and a staple for any serious fan collector.
