Circa 1916 Restored 12" Hunter Electric 2 Star Oscillating Desk Fan. This Fan Was Restored By Master Restorer Carlton Ward. Carlton's Work Has Been A Key Feature Of The "Raffle Fans" For The Antique Fan Collectors Association For Many Years. Carlton Does Not Do Fan Restorations As A Business So Having The Opportunity To Own One Of His Works Is Rare. This Fan Was Manufactured By General Electric And Sold To Hunter Electric Who Then Badged It With Their Name. The "Loop Handle" Design Became An Iconic Signature Of General Electric Fans For Many Years During The Teens And Twenties. The Fan Was Restored To The Exact Original Finish Combination, Deep Rich Green With Hand Painted Gold Pinstripes. Brass Has Been Mirrored Polished and Lacquered To Preserve. All Wiring Has Been Upgraded With Period Correct Style Wire. This Fan Is Ready For The Next 100 Years Of Service.
